Marking as critical for 8.04.1, since we don't have a good way to fix
this for users after they've upgraded from dapper and .1 will turn on
our LTS upgrades for all users.

Chuck, Kees nominated you to take care of this package today for hardy
SRU; please unassign yourself if you aren't going to be able to get to
this.
