The Makefile /usr/share/doc/openvpn/examples/easy-rsa/2.0/Makefile
expects a file "README" to be installed, but the README file is
compressed and therefore is called "README.gz". The same problem is
there for the file "openssl-0.9.6.cnf.gz" which is expected to be
"openssl-0.9.6.cnf".
