Subscribing the motu-sru team as outlined on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates. Once motu-sru has acked
the proposal, subscribe the ubuntu-universe-sponsor team to sponsor your
debdiff.

You should also target hardy-proposed instead of hardy in your
changelog.
