[Bug 253743] [NEW] [SRU] Add status to init script

Binary package hint: apache2

In intrepid we included apache2 which does have 'status' function in
init script. I would like to request SRU for apache in hardy which would
add status function in hardy's apache.

This is needed cause, at the moment, redhat-cluster-suite requires init
scripts to have 'status' function. At the moment, apache in hardy
doesn't have it, so redhat-cluster-suite restarts apache every 5
seconds. Problem is described in bug 250847.
