[Bug 250459] [NEW] Example in snmpcmd man page shows wrong parameter

In the manual page for snmpcmd under the output options section, there's
the documentation for the -Ov parameter but the example command line
given uses -Oe (see below). Just a minor error.
-Ov Display the varbind value only, not the OID:
$ snmpget -c public -v 1 -Oe localhost ipForwarding.0
INTEGER: forwarding(1)
** Affects: net-snmp (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
