Patch updated to return 4 (program or service status is unknown), per
http://refspecs.freestandards.org/LSB_3.1.0/LSB-Core-generic/LSB-Core-
generic/iniscrptact.html if [ nmbd is disabled and smbd is running from
inetd ].
