This bug was fixed in the package libgtk2-sourceview-perl -
1.000-0ubuntu4

libgtk2-sourceview-perl (1.000-0ubuntu4) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Rebuild with Perl 5.10 (LP: #230016).
  * Remove rmdir, not needed anymore, in install-stamp target (fix FTBFS).
