[Bug 305185] [NEW] Apache2 user/group not correct in configuration

Binary package hint: apache2-mpm-prefork

On new Apache2-Installation (via Synaptic) the User&Group is not correctly set.
Instead a placeholder  "${APACHE_RUN_USER}" is left.
