Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: snmpd

[USN-685-1] -- Gutsy (7.10) -- 5.3.1-6ubuntu2.2_sparc.deb

On Gutsy (7.10), it appears the upgrade takes and snmpd and snmptrapd
startup fine, however the post install get stuck and goes zombie...
