[Bug 211833] [NEW] Likewise-Open menu shortcut should be under System > Administration

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: likewise-open-gui

The package likewise-open-gui add a menu shortcut in Applications >
Internet; this seems fairly wrong to me.  I believe a better place would
be System > Administration.

Moreover, the menu icon could be changed from the Samba logo to
something more meaningful.
