Keith: ssh doesn't display progress bars; chances are this is a problem
at a higher layer.
kmon: Firstly, could you please try upgrading the server to at least
1:4.7p1-5ubuntu1 and see if that fixes your problem? It's possible that
something was bound to just the IPv6 version of :10.0.
If that doesn't help, please run 'sudo sshd -p 22222 -ddd' on your
server (substitute any other number in a similar range for 22222 if that
port is taken), and try to connect to it using 'ssh -X -p 22222 -vvv
cube'. I now need the output from both of those commands.
