node-eventsource vulnerability
==========================================================================

A security issue affects these releases of Ubuntu and its derivatives:

- Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
- Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
- Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
- Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Available with Ubuntu Pro)

Summary:

EventSource could leak sensitive information if it opened a specially
crafted
input file.

Software Description:
- node-eventsource: EventSource client for Node.js and Browser (polyfill)

Details:

It was discovered that EventSource incorrectly handled certain inputs. If a
user or an automated system were tricked into opening a specially crafted
input file, a remote attacker could possibly use this issue to obtain
sensitive information.

Update instructions:

The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following
package versions:

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS:
   node-eventsource                1.1.0+~1.1.8-1ubuntu0.1
