systemd-shim vulnerability

A security issue affects these releases of Ubuntu and its derivatives:

- Ubuntu 14.10

Summary:

A denial of service issue was fixed in systemd-shim.

Software Description:
- systemd-shim: shim for systemd

Details:

It was discovered that systemd-shim incorrectly shipped with a debugging
clause enabled. A local attacker could possibly use this issue to cause a
denial of service.

Update instructions:

The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following
package versions:

Ubuntu 14.10:
  systemd-shim                    8-1ubuntu0.1

In general, a standard system update will make all the necessary changes.
