Jag försöker ladda ner JALBUMS http://jalbum.net/download/download.jsp 
men jag förstår inte vad som menas med nedanstående.

    * After downloading open a shell and, *| cd |*to the directory where
      you downloaded the installer.
    * At the prompt type: *| sh ./JAlbuminstall.bin|*

Kan nägon snäll mäniska förklara vad jag skall göra?
