[Bug 102516] Swedish name is not good!

I don't want to complain (or maybe I want...) but the Swedish name for
restricted-manager (which is "Hantera för inskränkta drivrutiner")
doesn't make any sense and even I who knows what it is asks myself what
it is. It doesn't make sense for the common person, a better translation
of the name must me prioritized.

Except that you guys have done a great job :)
