Ok, not such a good English :-)

I tried to re-dub an episode but it gets really messy mainly because an
Italian user is most likely to use the Italian version of ubuntu with
Italian menu names.

Moreover is very difficult to follow the pace in a different language...
I'll stick with subtitles for now.

I think it will be more sane to make national versions of a whole
episode
