Never mind, I took the video from the .avi, and the audio from the .flv
(which is fine).

I think the problem with the AVI is that you have combined MPEG4 video
with WAV (PCM) audio in an AVI container. I don't think AVI supports
that. You probably want MPEG4 video and MP3 audio in an AVI container.

I'll re-encode to the various formats and get it online ASAP.
