[ADMIN] Screencast Team approval application

Hi all,

The community council are meeting this evening [0] at 18:00 UTC (19:00
BST [UK Time]) in #ubuntu-meeting on freenode.

I figured now might be a good time to get our team approved [1]. You can
find out what getting approved means from this page [2]. It's more
tailored for LoCo teams, but other non-locos do go for approval also. 

If you have anything you think needs adding to the application, let me
know, or dive in and edit [1].

If you could attend the meeting then it would be appreciated, but not
altogether vital.
