Я бы попробовал поставить compat-wireless из backports. Или собрать 
самому из исходников:
http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Download

Если коротко, раскомментировать backports в /etc/apt/sources.list, 
поставить пакет
linux-backports-modules-cw-`uname -r`, перезагрузиться
