A Flash video originating from an external website may be embedded on
a web page, such as a blog that embeds a video from YouTube. If the
audio fails to play, open the Flash Player Settings Manager and select
the Global Storage Settings Panel. An Adobe Flash Player Settings
Manager applet will load as a Flash object. Check the box, “Allow
third-party Flash content to store data on your computer” then try the
video again.
