Core 2 Quad = 3 cpu

Привет всем! На серваке стоит Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU    Q6600  @ 
2.40GHz.
Насолько мне известно Quad = 4, четыре ядра.
Но lshw выдает только 3

Может я чего-то не догоняю? Сервак только взяли, с мультиядрами первый 
раз работаю.
