Установка Zend Guard ругается на отсутствие библиотек

Устанвливаю Zend Guard 4.0.1, он ругается:

Естественно библиотеки все на месте, ссылки не битые. При этом Zend
Studio 5.5a поставился без всяких проблем. Подскажите, что делать.
