Orange 3G Huawei E1552 pe Ubuntu 9.04 - howto

1) Default stick-ul e montat ca si mass storage. Ca sa il faci sa se
comporte ca un modem, citeste:

2) System > Preferences > Network connections > Click pe tab-ul Mobile
Broadband > Click pe Add > Selecteaza Romania si Orange

3) Selecteaza noua conexiune din lista si fa click pe Edit. In tab-ul PPP
Settings fa click pe Configure Methods si deselecteaza toate optiunile. Apoi
in tab-ul IPV4 Settings selecteaza Automatic PPP la Method.

4) Introdu stick-ul in calculator. Asteapta vreo 20 de secunde (vezi in
/var/log/messages ca se conecteaza mass storage apoi se reconecteaza ca si
modem). Click pe icon-ul de retea, o sa apara Mobile Broadband si sub el
Orange. Fa click pe Orange.
