traduceri TB in romana in Ubuntu

Traducerile facute pe narro de Alex&co pentru thunderbird au fost uploadate
in ubuntu (8.10 si Hardy-proposed - va fi in updates 8.04)
E fain ca nu e nevoie de asteptat o lansare upstream a TB pt a le avea.
Acum sa vad cum facem asta mai devreme si pt OO, ca acolo upstream le va
include doar in versiunea 3.1 in primavara.

I uploaded exactly the same packages that I previously recommended for
intrepid and hardy-proposed, but also including ro locale tested and
working. Packages including ro for intrepid and hardy can be downloaded
