Simon Poirier has proposed merging ~simpoir/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu:focal-hyperv-seed into ~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu:focal.

Commit message:
desktop-minimal: update track of snap-store

The default track of the snap-store snap recently changed.
The desktop-minimal seed didn't specify a track and thus started failing
to find the ubuntu branch for the new default track.

I tested this change locally by updating the seed and doing a livecd-rootfs build of
  --project ubuntu --subproject desktop-preinstalled

The new manifest points to the same snap revision as the previously succesful build:
 
snap:snap-store	stable/ubuntu-20.04	1216
