Trying to use dh_translations on a local Oracular build of wireplumber is giving me this error

dh_translations
dh_translations: warning: more than one build.ninja file found, don't know which one to use

checking in the pckage builddir

$ find . -name build.ninja
./obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/meson-private/__CMake_compiler_info__/build.ninja
./obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/build.ninja

Ignoring the cache seems to make sense there, the patch fixes the issue locally
