Actually I just verified a rebuild and diffed the manifests.
lxd and root tar don't use the output of that hook. No change there
linux-virtual output already had it. Still no change there

So only the disk-image-uefi output of that hook generates would see the new package, along with any out-of-tree hook deriving disk-image-uefi of buildd. CPC doesn't publish the disk-image-uefi intermediary artifact for buildd but others might.
