Review: Needs Fixing

First of all, since we're operating on a stable branch like jammy, I would request adding an UNRELEASED debian/changelog entry to this with an SRU bug reference. Otherwise we'll just forget and it will get released unnoticed, by accident.

Also, hm, I also don't quite know what is planned here. From what I know, currently we already build tegra and tegra-igx images already:
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/nvidia-tegra/ubuntu-server/jammy/daily-preinstalled/

But those are preinstalled images. So is this about building installer server images for those two platforms? 

I'd like to know more for sure before proceeding.
