[Merge] ~hyask/ubuntu-dev-tools:skia/i-b-f-d_multipart into ubuntu-dev-tools:main

[Skia]

There, I've pushed two new commits. One that splits that big main function into smaller ones, not only the part handling the multipart messages, but all the main part that made sense to me. The other commit is just a few tiny changes to please pylint.
