[SRU] Build preinstalled image for PIC64GX Curiosity Kit

The device-tree for the Microchip PIC64GX Curiosity Kit is due to be added to linux-image-generic in due time for the 24.04.1 release. Until then a build failure for SUBARCH=pic64gx is expected.
