Chad Smith has proposed merging ~chad.smith/livecd-rootfs:cloud-init-nm-in-override into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
functions: proper cloud-init.service override for only Before/After

Redact sysinit.target from previous cloud-init.service values by
first clearing Before= in an override file and then resetting the remaining
values. This delivers a separate
/lib/system/systemd/cloud-init.service.d/ override file and avoids causing
issues with debsums by replacing the packaged cloud-init.service file.
Limit the override to just extending After= to include
NetworkManager.service and NetworkManager-wait-online.service and
redact sysinit.target from After=. This will reduce coupling with
cloud-init.service SRU change to only if the Before= value gets changed.
