Apologies. The only diff between the logs @ https://people.canonical.com/~philroche/20240122-Jammy-unminimize-debug-LP-2049723/ and the proposed changes is the `ls -al` commands. The reason for this is the iteration time is ~1hr and I knew this was urgent to meet the Jammy point release timelines. 

`ls -al` commands were added to try understand how the `dpkg-divert` diversion was working.
