[Merge] ~philroche/livecd-rootfs/+git/livecd-rootfs:bugfix/unminimize-no-lxd-installer-package-jammy into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/jammy

After some testing, this can be simplified even further as is lxd-installer is installed then `unminimize` will remove it and this also remove /usr/sbin/lxd so we don't need to perform any divert at all. Just set `ln -s /bin/true /usr/sbin/lxd` and run `unminimize`.

I will test this approach now too
