I guess this is fine, but I guess we then need a signed upload too for the efidisk change unless it's fine doing that just for riscv64 for now.

We can upload src:grub2 to the archive ahead of the grub2-unsigned/grub2-signed dance, though, that also is fine and we get more testing of the other bits before making a signing request.

I'd prefer not dropping the .csv from shim-signed fwiw, then we can untangle that, otherwise shim-signed is gonna need its dependencies bumped to grub2-common (>= 2.12-1ubuntu3~) [and the changelog in that code needs fixing].
