[Merge] ~xypron/livecd-rootfs:riscv_size into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/jammy

Hello John,

Since the last release we have updated the kernel which results in more modules to be copied to the initrd.

The root partition of the Icicle board is a few MiB smaller than on the other boards. This is why this is currently the only board with failing image builds. With the next kernel it can easily hit the other RISC-V boards.
