Michael Hudson-Doyle has proposed merging ~mwhudson/livecd-rootfs/+git/livecd-rootfs:hack-subiquity-uci into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
Force latest/stable/ubuntu-24.10 subiquity onto the ubuntu-core-installer ISO for now.

This is obviously rather a wild hack but it seems safer than promoting newer code to the branch that would end up on the ISO by default.
