This reverts commit 4f51ff45 (fix: Remove UEFI booting armhf, 2024-03-12).

Testing:
This was tested by re-building livecdrootfs for armhf with the revert,
Images were built successfully on launchpad with:
image_format	ext4
image_targets	['disk-image', 'qcow2', 'squashfs', 'tarball', 'vmdk']

Resulting images was tested locally
