[Bug 2035011] [NEW] ubuntustudio-menu overrides app-folders of edubuntu-menu

Public bug reported:

Since the contents of /etc/dconf/profile are read alphanumerically, the
contents of 00_edubuntu are overridden by 00_ubuntustudio if there is a
matching key. This is the case as there is a matching dconf key:

[org/gnome/desktop/app-folders]
folder-children=[...]

This will require creating a dynamic way of generating the folder-
children key in a separate file by both packages, reading the file if it
doesn't already exist, generating an array from the contents of the key,
and adding contents while not creating duplicates. This may also lead to
a whole new framework for dynamically creating default GNOME app-folders
by packages.
