This is a *proposal* to add jq to the standard seed for further discussion.

For example, the pro CLI, netplan and journalctl all have JSON output options. Making jq available by default allows easier immediate processing of the output of these commands that are installed by default.

jq appears to already be in main, but if it is to go into the standard seed then it might be more suitable for the team owner to move from Server to Foundations.
