Review: Needs Fixing

Heey. So my MP (https://code.launchpad.net/~utkarsh/livecd-rootfs/+git/livecd-rootfs/+merge/447166/) was prematurely merged. Before this could go in, I wanted to add console-setup, update-notifier, and open-iscsi to the cloud-minimal seed, and thus the ubuntu-cloud-minimal metapackage.

Most of the build failures that you're seeing should now* be fixed. I've added the three packages to the seed: https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/seeds/ubuntu.mantic/cloud-minimal (the three packages also have the comments associated with it).

I've also updated ubuntu-meta and uploaded that right now via https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-meta/1.508. 

With this, you'll have successful GCE, IBM, AWS, and Azure builds. Orcale one fails but it's not related to this. That has some snap channel stuff which is messing with the Mantic builds.
