Michael Hudson-Doyle has proposed merging ~mwhudson/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu:add-server-live-seed into ~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu:mantic.

Commit message:
add a server-live seed

The livecd-rootfs build of the server installer has always added the
packages and snap for the live environment by hand. I'm not sure why and
I think we should stop.
