[Merge] livecd-rootfs:xnox/deprecate-kvm into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master

Dimitri John Ledkov has proposed merging livecd-rootfs:xnox/deprecate-kvm into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
Deprecate linux-kvm usage

note replace_kernel function calls force_boot_without_initramfs, thus now that linux-kvm is gone, simply call force_boot_without_initramfs instead.

remove kvm image altogether.

Once this lands, one can in theory build minimal images on arm64 and armhf.
