Merge version 4.4.0-3 from Debian unstable. Part of the delta was removed (applied in Debian), and some more changes were introduced due to a DEP-8 test failure. The utils.sh test tries to remove vim but it is a dependency of the ubuntu-server metapackage and cannot be removed, the solution is to make the test depend on fence-virt (randomly chosen package, it could be another one) and apply actions over this package, like removing it. This change was forwarded to Debian already:
