Heinrich Schuchardt has proposed merging ~xypron/livecd-rootfs:watchdog_thresh into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
RISC-V: avoid soft lockup Radeon GPUs

With Radeon GPUs and kernel 5.19 a soft lockup was observed.
Increase the watchdog threshold.
