[Merge] ~rs2009/unity:master into unity:master

[Rudra Saraswat]

Rudra Saraswat has proposed merging ~rs2009/unity:master into unity:master.

Commit message:
Make Unity 7.7 changes
* Increased panel size to 30 from 24
* Moved scope bar to top of dash
* Added UWidgets, based on Blighty
* Reduced default launcher icon size to 44
* Made dash vertical (temporarily removed previews)
* Added indicator-notifications to Recommends
