Michael Hudson-Doyle has proposed merging ~mwhudson/livecd-rootfs/+git/livecd-rootfs:subiquity-kernel-etc into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
Store the to-be-installed kernel package name in the live environment's /etc rather than /run and remove a now-obsolete initramfs script.

Consolidate the logic for mapping a flavor to a kernel metapkg into one place.
