desktop-common: seed ghostscript instead of the now dropped transitional ghostscript-x
ghostscript 10.02.1~dfsg1-0ubuntu1 drops the transitional ghostscript-x package in favour of ghostscript package having that as a Provides:
This is causing daily ISO builds to fail as they are still trying to install the NBS ghostscript-x binary
