Certainly interesting that this is being done in two places, particularly
given that the existing code already had ubuntu-cpc:* in the inclusion list,
which is who live-build/ubuntu-cpc/hooks.d/chroot/999-cpc-fixes.chroot is
supposed to be for.  I would treat removal of that code separately from this
MP since I'm not 100% clear why the two separate code paths exist.
