[Merge] ~xypron/livecd-rootfs:generic into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master

Heinrich Schuchardt has proposed merging ~xypron/livecd-rootfs:generic into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
risc-v: change layout of generic preinstalled image
    
Remove SiFive specific partitions from generic preinstalled image.
Leave 8 MiB unused at start of image to add firmware.
This is enough to accommodate EDK II or U-Boot on most boards.

Don't install flash-kernel on the generic preinstalled image.
