Looks ok to me: neither the oem-config-gtk nor the ubiquity-frontend-gtk package will be installed in a Kubuntu system, either in the live environment or the installed system, so the fact these desktop files are no longer hidden in a KDE environment should have no negative impact on Kubuntu.
